I'm sorry about your experience. We would have LOVED for you to have spoken directly to us and given us an opportunity to make it right. That is the way that people used to handle any type of customer service issue before the internet- the old fashioned way. We do not recall ever receiving an order from you or meeting anyone from New York here at our farm. We only provide meat here in Texas. Were you here for an Open Farm Day? Are you talking about our response to the review from a mom on Google Reviews? The writer of that review accused us of charging $20 a dozen for eggs which is completely unfounded. The author of that review has since removed that accusation. Our home was built in 1906. We buy used very old vehicles. We try and steward everything we've been given well and take care of things. But, lavish we are not. We have built a business that provides fully for our family and we are thankful for that. We are proud of the fact that our farm not only provides for our family, but also 4 other families. There is nothing wrong with having employees. For a farm of our size, it is necessary. We would love for more specifics so that we can look into this matter. We take feedback to heart and very seriously. You are one of the very few negative feedbacks that we have received in over 12 years of being a farm.

For anyone interested in the review that is being referred to here that was removed by the author, here is my response: Thanks for the reviews of our farm. I, Lynsey, along with my husband, Jason Kramer, are the owners and operators of Yonder Way Farm. I'd like to thank those of you who are taking the time to read these reviews about our farm. I would also like to state here that we in NO WAY charge $20 a dozen for our eggs. Our eggs are $7 a dozen. You can check out that on our website. I don't know where one of the reviewers got their information from, but our pricing is competitive and comparable to that of Whole Foods and other small farms. Our family farms full-time and this is our sole income. If we could give food away, believe us, we could AND have when at all possible. However, this is a business. And we are thankful to be able to provide for our family and our 4 full-time employees. As for our luxurious lifestyle, our farm has an open farm policy. Any of our customers are welcome at any given time to come out to the farm and pick their orders up and look around. We open up our farm and our property with 100% transparency into the food that we raise and the lifestyle that we live. Our property is far from luxurious. Ask anyone who's been here. It is, however, a place that we desire to steward well and have the appearance of cleanliness and simplicity. There are no bells and whistles here. Just a good old fashioned family farm.
