Winding Brook Farm

We have had lamb, pork and beef from Winding Brook, and all of them have been so tasty. I have never had better tasting lamb anywhere, and the pork and beef were also so flavorful. My husband and I come from the Washington DC area and have eaten at some very fine dining restaurants. There must be something special in the grass up here to produce such wonderful flavor!
