Heart of the Valley

I just bought 10 whole chickens from Havurah Farm in Springfield...a member of HOTV organization. We couldn't be happier w/ the taste and quality of our poultry! We've eating two already and we are supposed to enjoy 1 a month until next summer 2019 when we can buy them on a weekly basis. I hope we make it! YUM. I've also been to this farm and met the farmers and slaughter team and viewed the property and slaughter room. SUPER CLEAN operation and the chickens were enjoying green grass under their protective coop structure.
