I?ve never been a big fan of most salads, as the lettuce is often bitter to me. I?m trying to change my eating habits, and after purchasing this lettuce at my local market, I?ve been happily eating salads more often than not. I?ve never had a bitter head or bag of lettuce yet. In addition to making a great salad base, the veggies and peppers they have are awesome! The peppers actually have a nice kick and flavor and are the perfect addition to my recipes. 10/10 would buy again!
