Sandys Way Microfarm

Veggies and herbs from Sandy's Way Microfarm are always picked at the perfect time. The result is flavorful, fresh, and vitamin/mineral-loaded vegetables. I sauteed some greens and chlorophyll was seeping out of them. They were delicious! The carrots are sweet and crunchy, the tomatoes acidic and ripe.
