Crated Earth Farm

Crated Earth is run by Melanie and Shane Convery, who grow the BEST vegetables! They're always fresh and delicious! When you sign up for a CSA, you may get vegetables that you're not familiar with, but both Melanie and Shane give recipe cards or ideas for how to use them. Great introduction to new kinds of foods, a definite step up in quality for the foods that you already know, and a great way to meet salt-of-the-earth owner farmers right in Willis/Belleville.
