Highspire Hills Farm, LLC

I have never written a review about eggs before, but these eggs deserve 5 stars. I have been purchasing non-organic, eggs from non-cage free hens, in styrofoam containers. Invariably 2 -3 eggs are cracked or broken, so I decided to try Highspire Hills Farm eggs. I bought them at Shady Maple Farm. The label on the container said, "laid on Julian Date 104" (April 14th). I decided to test an egg for freshness. When placed in a bowl with cold water the egg immediately sunk to the bottom and laid on its side - passed the test with flying colors! The real test is in the eating. These eggs really are delicious. I will be buying Highspire Hills Farm eggs from now on.
