Beaver Creek Gardens

We joined a CSA these past few years from Milaegers, but tried Beaver Creek Gardens this summer--it was a blast! We received interesting, fun newsletters/recipes each week, a variety of both fruits and vegetables, a bonus pumpkin bread, along with Cheri and Paige's knowledge about using and storing our produce.

The topper was the bonus week when we got to "grocery shop" in the barn and I came home with two huge bags of produce--many varieties of squash, tomatoes galore, peppers, an herb bouquet, fresh flowers and much more! There was also the opportunity to buy some products like pickles, tomato sauce, salad dressing, etc.

We still have the Harvest Festival next week when we get a free pumpkin.

Every week my husband and I looked forward to our "box". It was a bit much maybe for two people, but we used as much as we could and shared with friends and family. The property was fun to visit too.
