Virginia Bison Co.

My wife and I first visited the store about 10 months ago, the last visit just before Christmas to pick up some stuff for us and family Christmas gifts- all items packaged frozen. The store sits at the edge of grazing fields. There is a wide selection of cuts and sausages so we're trying them out. Everyone we've met at the store is pleasant. Maybe we've shopped at the end of a cycle or there's something technical about bison but next visit I'll ask if the steaks can be cut thicker. Because bison is, of course, different from beef there's a big selection of informational and recipe brochures. We're really lucky to live nearby so many genuinely wholesome farms and farmers.
