After learning about Alfie Oakes farming methods, and that he uses the best seed and fertilizer. I learned that I can feed my family produce that is grown with the finest soil and give my family produce that has the most nutrients versus a mass chain grocer which is so wonderful. To be able to buy breads and bakery items made from heirloom flour again with all the health benefits and nutrients versus flour with virtually no health benefits is a blessing. The color and size of the fruits and vegetables are so vibrant. Oakes Organic Farms is by far the best with the largest variety of produce, specialty foods, meats, cheeses. It is worth it to visit their locations. They are by far the best in Florida.
