Hi Ms. Fran! I so enjoyed meeting you today. You are such a diverse knowledgeable woman who is full of so much knowledge on many different topics. From educating me on the best food to eat to even having remedies for pain! Your jams and jellies and Greek foods and SO MUCH MORE and your chickens I was even able to feed was so much fun. And the books you have written on your life as a child living in Greece to coming to the United States are very interesting. Just wow!! You have done it all Well! We really enjoyed meeting you. Can't wait to use the duck eggs, etc and will be coming back soon for other goodies!! Thank you for letting me feed the chickens. Was so much fun! You are an amazing independent strong woman who cares about what people put into their bodies and that is so very important! A gem of a place.
