Flavor Country Farms

My boyfriend is a chef and he kept telling me he was going to cook some lion's mane mushrooms for dinner as a "crab" cake. They were some of the most delicious mushrooms I've ever had. I think Flavor Country Farms is the only farm around here that grows it for grocery stores. We go to Hyvee, but we've seen some of their mushrooms at Exist Green too. Do yourself a favor and try them out. Highly Recommend!
