I took the time to email Cidney inquiring about purchasing raw milk. I asked about deliver that was mentioned on their website and what the radius for that would be. I also noted that I would be more than happy to drive to pick up the milk. CID was very rude and told me they wouldn?t deliver to me.
I replied that was fine, and asked how I could come pick up.
The response: ?No, sorry?
What a waste. I wouldn?t even bother. Great customer service?.

It states very clearly on my website that I only do home deliveries and do not have people come to the farm (it?s private not commercial). I guess rudeness is relative.

Cid is super hard working and kind. She?s a small operation and is very private.. that should be respected. So frustrating that people bash others just because they don?t get their way and didn?t take time to read the website.
