Poly Pack, Cal Poly Pomona University

I happened upon the Farm Store @ Cal Poly Pomona by chance while trying to entertain my 2-1/2 y.o. granddaughter for an hour. It is an awesome store surrounded by the college's farm land with fresh produce, dairy products from local farms, jams and jellies, fresh bakery items, as well as a full line of items from Stonewall Kitchen and some international products. I purchased big, beautiful avocados for $1, various healthy snacks and Banana Milk from a local dairy. Everything was yummy. There are picnic benches and it was nice to walk around to see the persimmon trees, the pumpkin patch and play on the hay bales with Olivia. She was really enjoying herself and so was I. It felt like we weren't in the city anymore. I highly recommend it!
