Farm to Fork Meat

I came here because of the clean food reputation and desire to conveniently support local farms, but what I did not expect was how much I would learn about the US food industry, our depleted soils, how to prepare REAL food, how to buy seasonally, and so much more. I have completely revamped the food our family eats as a result, and knowing what I now know, it is difficult to shop in a grocery or even eat out in restaurants. Once your eyes are opened, you cannot unsee the horrors of Big Ag. Through Niti I have been exposed to amazing farmers from whom I have existentially learned all manner of animal husbandry and farming best practices that I have embraced on our farm, moving from horses and a few chickens to a regenerative farm with the healthiest eggs and a growing herd of the happiest salad bar beef. Niti is one of the most passionate people I know, and combined with her family, they are also the hardest working. I am grateful for Gods intervention that I cross her path.
