RGM Livestock and Produce

Sirloin strip steaks purchased from Simply Fresh Mkt at $15.99 / pound provided by RGM Farm; cooked med-rare. Unfortunately, could not be cut with a steak knife or chewed. We've never experienced anything like it. We are familiar with grass-fed beef containing less fat, but this was stringy and lots of gristle, like an old cow. I will not purchase beef from here again.
