I have been buying Cool's pastured pork for a number of years now. I can't say enough good about the quality of the meat. Every time I serve it, friends and family rave. I would like to think it's because of my cooking(Lol), but the truth is it is the best pork ever! I have purchased a half hog in the past and a variety of cuts. They all have outstanding flavor and texture. I trust Arlene and Dan to supply the very best quality meats. They are my proven meat source and are wonderful people to do business with.
