Trish at S & S Farms Country Store just off route 15 in Allenwood, PA is bursting with knowledge about tallow and it's benefits. Her tallow is 100% grass fed and finished from black angus beef. She's a wealth of information about how to use it and what nutritional benefits it contains. I used it to cook with and to make soap, balm and lotions. Her tallow is dry rendered, only 3 times, so it keeps all the natural vitamins and benefits in tact. As with any quality, properly rendered tallow it has a slight scent to it.
