Bar 10 Beef

I always look for Bar 10 Beef at my local Harmon's store. At one time I ate strictly organic meats, but the costs have become prohibitive. This is an excellent substitute and I'm so pleased that they're here in the St. George area. Everyone should support these kinds of enterprises. We need more home-grown and local food businesses that care about the environment and the quality of the food. We need far fewer industrial meat operations--we can "vote" with our dollars.
