Five Stars, and if I could give more - I would! Their Beef, Pork and Lamb are the best of any I have tasted. The superior attention to raising quality animals with the utmost respect and care, along with the absolute highest quality grass and finish feed, shines through every cut of meat in full flavor, tenderness and absolute goodness! I have the utmost respect and gratitude that a farmer in our area has committed to this high level of farming. They are professional and detailed oriented from the breeding and birth of each animal, caring for them all the way through to the delivery of superbly aged, cut, packaged and delivery of the product.
