Wow what a taste difference to other eggs. Immediately noticed the larger yolks, and the taste matched the velvet look after cooking. Each bite was fluffy and light, but gave such a full bodied feel and flavor. I do not think I can do other eggs again. Quality all around, delivered by a quality family and team! Thanks Highspire!
