Super friendly and has great integrity! This farmer picks up the phone! Animals are healthy, Grass-fed and finished, antibiotic free, seasonally appropriately harvested (during Spring through early Fall), environmentally responsibility raised. I've eaten this beef for years and after buying a share of a beef (quarter, half, three quarter, or whole) they get you in touch with a local butcher who makes the beef into whatever cuts you want. As someone who has many health issues, this meat source has been the single most important dietary change I've made when investing in long-term health. There isn't a single other farmer I would choose over Basket Flat Ranch in the entirety of Southern WA or Vancouver-Portland metropolitan areas. Well worth the price & competitive with Costco for the quality of meat that they provide. Worth noting that grass-fed is leaner in fat than grain-fed. They recently added half-wague beef which (though I haven't had a chance to try) friends say it's chef's kiss!
