Elaine is amazing, in every way. She has a lot to share with people of all ages and from all different paths. I feel very fortunate to know her, and her eggs are the only eggs I am willing to eat. Her farm is very cool and taking one of her tours is an unforgettable experience. Her level of knowledge is very impressive and her work ethic is admirable.
