Drumlin Farm, which is part of the Massachusetts Audubon Society, offers some of the finest organic produce in the area. The summer CSA provides an enormous variety and quantity of food and lasts for 20 weeks. From my experience, the price is very reasonable. There is a regular CSA, along with several add-ons: A Pick Your Own, Pick Your Own Flowers plus egg, meat, and fruit shares available thru Brambly Farms which you pick up along with the regular CSA. It includes not only top of the line vegetables, but strawberries, melons and herbs. Beware - it's a lot of food and many weeks I spend about 8 - 10 hours just processing vegetables so they don't go to waste. It's more than enough for 4 people. The winter CSA starts in November and lasts for 8 weeks through February. The fields at Drumlin Farm are expansive and beautiful, and you can walk out thru them just for the fun of it, or to pick your own produce if you choose to add that option.
