My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday after seeing Birky's on this list. We shopped at the quaint shop and bought chicken, eggs and beef. We met Chris the owner and he could not have been nicer and more welcoming. The staff were just as friendly. We stayed for lunch having the pork sandwich and burger. My husband loved the pork sandwich so much, he ordered another. It was apparent that this place is very popular as it started to get really busy, all the while Chris was greeting everyone and we could tell he knew every single person arriving. My purchases were quality products and tasted great. We will definately be back for more as often as we can!

My family discovered the great taste of Birky's pork patty sandwiches at the Porter County Fair several years back. We now keep track of where the Patty Wagon will appear so we can plan our weekend lunches around it. The Birky Family Farms Country Market has a wide variety of products for sale. We have tried the pork chops, jerky, & yes the pork patties there....all great.

My family will be there on May 24th!
