Birky Family Farms Country Gourmet, LLC

Birky Family Farms Country Gourmet (formally Market) began in 1995, but the farm has been around since 1919. We raise grains, produce, pigs, cattle, sheep, meat goats, turkeys, ducks, meat rabbits, chickens and eggs. We also provide many local products such as eggs, honey, syrup, noodles, cheeses, butter, produce and much more. The animals that we raise are feed no antibiotics, no hormones, no steroids, no animal by-products, and no paylean. We use our own non-GMO corn and roasted soybeans for feed. In 2012 we moved the store off the farm and into the town of Kouts. We now have Birky's Country Market & Bakery at 205 South Main Street in Kouts. The store is open Monday - Saturdays 6 am - 8 pm. We have fresh baked goods, homemade pies, homemade ice cream, frozen pizzas, coffee and espresso drinks. We have free Wi-Fi, lounging areas and even biscuits & gravy for breakfast along with soups and sandwiches for lunch and supper.
