Our first purchase was a 1/2 side of beef. I was a little concerned about the up front investment, but after our first steak (Ribeye), all of my concerns melted away! This was the best, and most flavorful steak I have ever had! We even shared some with our friends and they are now going to make a purchase too! I will never go back to supermarket beef, or pay top dollar at my "local" meat market. At 4.99/lb for a whole or 1/2 side this was a bargain! Our family is so pleased.
