My grandson has allergies, and my daughter went to talk with the natural foods department. We went shortly afterwards, and found all staff members that we met to be friendly, and very helpful. My grandson is doing better thanks in part to the products at Soergel!

Been to their Fall Festival and had a great time. So we wanted to have my son's birthday party there. They double-booked and gave me the option of having my event 2 weeks late.

I called back a week after I initially booked the party with questions about add-ons and was told they didn't have my info. Then they said they didn't have confirmation after I was able to tell her details about their bookings and that I have a voicemail from the woman who had spoken with me. Sounds like they're covering up their mistake, doesn't it?

They have the biggest selection ,they are very clean , organized , everything is fresh , and prices are reasonable .,employees are treated well ,as are the Animals They also have a lot of things for children to do and they provide resting areas , a lot of parking , and it's just a great place to take the family ! It's my famly's favorite thing to do and favorite place to go .
