Soergel Orchards

Been to their Fall Festival and had a great time. So we wanted to have my son's birthday party there. They double-booked and gave me the option of having my event 2 weeks late.

I called back a week after I initially booked the party with questions about add-ons and was told they didn't have my info. Then they said they didn't have confirmation after I was able to tell her details about their bookings and that I have a voicemail from the woman who had spoken with me. Sounds like they're covering up their mistake, doesn't it?
