I meet these folks at the Shallotte Farmer's Market. I've been looking for meat that's hormone and antibiotic free. I hadn't had a hamburger in 10 years because I didn't want a burger made from a hundred different cows from China! I purchased the ground beef and had a wonderful burger. There was NO fat on my hands! Also made a dish with browned beef and I needed to add a little olive oil so it didn't stick to the pan, again no grease. I have some chicken in the freezer to try next; and today I purchased a steak and more ground beef. I want to thank the Stephens family for bringing good food to market! I urge everyone to patronize them--buy local! Support our farmers!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Wes for a while now. His chicken and beef meat is so much better than what is available in the market. The meat is not loaded with hormones and antibiotics, he assures me and I believe him. The meat is tender and tastes awesome. I will and have recommended his products to my friends.

We purchased 20 pullets (10 Rhode Island Reds and 10 Buff Orpingtons) from Twin Creeks a few weeks ago, and they're all thriving. We can't believe how much they've grown. We will absolutely purchase from them again, and again!!

Wesley and Bethany are great. I have heard good things about them for a while now. I finally ordered some Buff O. pullets and feed. On their delivery into Raleigh, I met up with them (as did many others)... I was great, I should have taken may young daughters there, it was half lesson/learning and half petting zoo. First class operation, will be doing more business with these folks!

All my dealings have been more than fair ,in addition to buying a quality product. I was always raised to keep my word and these guys do just that. Quality service and products make buying emblamtic of "ol' timer's stories of back when a man's word was all you needed. I have been extremely happy and will contiune to do business with Twin Creek Farms. I think it would be very difficult for someone not to do business with these people.

purchased chix 3x from twin creek as i continually upgrade my operation. started off as complete newbie with hundreds of annoying ?'s and wesley has been patient, knowledgable and helpful in every aspect. recommend highly.

My wife decided that she wanted hens for laying last spring. We found someone who was raising young pullets in their back yard so we drove 3 hours and bought 6 "pullets". Turned out that 2 died within 30 days and 2 were roosters. My point is buy from someone who knows what they are doing if you don't. Wesley Knows Chickens. If your not sure about raising chickens just ask him. We bought 4 hens that have all produced daily. They are healthy, happy and friendly. His brother delivered them to town so I saved on gas. I have already ordered more.

I purchased a few layer pullets, for my backyard flock, from Wesley last month. All of the birds were beautiful, healthy, clean and friendly enough to blend right in with my other birds and tolerate my crazy dogs and kids. If I had enough room in my coop I'd buy even more. Wesely even met me at a location that was close to my home in order to conserve gas. He and his wife were very nice and very easy to do business with! Thanks for your time and service!

I purchased 7 week old pullets from Wesley back in Feb. They were all healthy and he provided excellent advice for a first time chicken owner! He and his family provide an excellent service to the community. I am a HAPPY customer! and am pleased with my little flock of girls If I didn't already have access to grassfed beef (my parents), I promise that they would be my suppliers! (lol) He is very knowlegble, honest, and trustworthy. PLEASE do your part to support local farmers like Wesley! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again.

My family purchased beef from Twin Creek Farms. Wesley walked me through the entire process of buying beef in bulk and advised me about keeping laying hens. He guarantees the meat, which was well packaged. I was accidentally going to overpay him, and he corrected the error. Talk about honest! Bethany and Wesley are truly nice people wih an excellent product! I will definitely buy from them again!

I have seen the chickens at Twin creek farms and it is a great operation. Mr. Stephens treats all of his animals well and insures that all are taken care of . His education has served him well and he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to poultry. You would do well to get chickens from Mr. Stephens.
