My apologies that there is a problem. I work remotely communications can get really difficult. This is the 1st I have heard about the problem, and it is because the communication came through Local Harvest rather than my standard email. I will get this fixed 1st thing this morning and I am sorry for the communication problem. In the fall when I havest, I am off grid, other than spotty runs to town to a internet coffee shop. But, what I never knew is that the scent of true Witch Hazel is so different from what we are used to from the drug store. I love the scent so much that I use it as a spritz for my face, neck, and armpits! The texture of my skin looks better than it has for some time (I'm 55)! It is so refreshing and wonderful!
I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention that the folks at Goods from the Woods provide prompt, good service. The quality of their Witch Hazel is remarkable. This time, I'm also trying their blossom hydrosol and I can hardly wait to get it! Thank you SO much!

Those are really kind words, thank you! This year I have no surplus, everything was sold as fast as I could distill it. I would hope to bring other small producers into a loop, so we can collectively produce more. I hope one day we have enough for everyone who wants the real deal.

November 30th still no refund and no pinenuts! I do not understand how anyone can do business this way. I was so excited to try something new and now I would just like my $40 back!
