Just bought a quarter cow. This is a first for us, and I had a question about my order. (About the organs and offal. I'm that weirdo.)

Called the number on the site, lo and behold, Rancher Shanen HERSELF picked up on the second ring!

We chatted for 5 minutes while she was in the truck, she answered every one of my questions and was simply a delight to speak with.

Ebersole Beef just minted a customer for life. Can't wait for our freezer and beef to arrive next month!

We have been very happy with our first order of all grass fed beef. Dealing with Shanen was such a pleasure and she was very quick to get back to us whether by email or phone. When we run out, we know exactly where we will place our next order.

What we love about buying beef from the Ebersole Cattle Co. is the personal attention and tailoring to our needs. They ask what cuts we are interested in and if we prefer grass fed or partially corn fed. All their cows are treated with love and not caged up all the time either. We know they have not been injected with unnecessary chemicals either. We have known the Ebersoles for over 5 years and they are very knowledgeable, trust worthy, and competent.

I am a huge beef fan, I love me a good steak! We recently bought a half cow from Ebersole Cattle Co and it is soooo good. The first thing we tried was the ground beef in spaghetti sauce, and we ended up not even adding any spices because the beef was so flavorful - I have honestly never tasted such tasty beef!

We've had experience with grass-fed cows before, and weren't overly happy with the taste, but Ebersole beef is certainly different. In chatting with the owners, it seems that the better taste might come from the quality of the grass combined with the excellent care, particularly at the locker. Ebersoles take care to make sure the cows aren't overly stressed before butchering, which prevents all those stress hormoes from getting into the meat (not to mention, it just kinder).

I have been a customer of the Ebersole Cattle Company for some time and I have received multiple orders of beef from them, all of which have been extremely lean and flavorful! I just can't say enough good things about the quality and service that they provide. My entire experience with them has been wonderful! Great beef for a good price!
