I SOOOO loved this turkey! First, it wasn't all wimpy & frozen. It didn't take half a day to cook, either. Meat was lean, dark, rich, & juicy, and I even used a red wine in the gravy, something I'd never do with a "white turkey."
Better call & reserve NOW, one for Thanksgiving AND one for Xmas, then DREAM of one for Easter, they won't have them....MAYBE, if we ASK them to, they WILL....
