Brian is making the best cheese in the region. I love shaving the LOCK 21 on my salads.
The aged cheddar stands alone, and the gouda I am smoking in a hickory blend for my own version of mac and cheese.
I can't wait to try to the bleu cheese.

I really enjoyed the few cheeses that I got at the Lima Farmer's market this summer. Wished you would have been there more!
