Canal Junction Farmstead Cheese

Brian is making the best cheese in the region. I love shaving the LOCK 21 on my salads. The aged cheddar stands alone, and the gouda I am smoking in a hickory blend for my own version of mac and cheese. I can't wait to try to the bleu cheese. Keep the flavors coming!
