Each of the season's we were able to spend as members of the AJF CSA were really amazing. The amount of thought, and the very obvious care going into raising sustainable produce still delights me, even though I know what to expect. April and Brad's intentional planning and stewarding of the land they live on and share with so many different creatures is something that brings me both hope and gratitude.

First, I am not a big vegetable eater - never have been. But with the Gus & Co CSA, I found myself eating vegetables (my mom would be so proud). April seems to care about the quality - and it shows! The basil pesto I made from her basil and garlic last year was some of the best I've ever had. The heirloom tomatoes are awesome too, and those got turned into an incredible tomato & basil soup!
