It is nice to have the option to support local farmers and buy fresh from the garden vegetables and herbs. We need more of them more often. Thank you to all the small growers of America.

I love my Flagstaff Community Markets because I can buy yummy, fresh favorites that are organic and grown close and by the people who are selling them...a healthy face-to-face exchange. I have tried new veggies I've wondered about but never ventured to buy before; having taste and prep information gladly given to me by the green-growers makes all the difference!
And, I always meet the nicest people, see the best smiles, pet cute dogs, and often have a delicious baked good while I brouse.

Flagstaff is a community that loves to support the market providing fresh fruits & veggies. The flowers, the music, crafts & socializing makes it quite a fun scene.Having the market reminds everyone that the ommunity in Flagstaff is strong & still exists amongst all the growth Flagstaff has experienced. This is important to keep us connected to each other and to the food we eat. Thank you Heather,Art & baby!!

I grew up with road side stands that sold watermelon, strawberries, tomatoes,,,all grown in their fields. The taste was wonderful, and I loved to bring home fresh fruits and veggies. Sometimes there was just a mason jar to put money into, and sometimes people. The road side stands have
gone by the wayside, and farmers markets like the one we have in Flag take me back to my memories of road side stands that I grew up with.
The freshness is better, the flavors more developed, not to mention knowing that the produce is locally grown. It's a delight for the senses and the eye as well. I love our Farmers Market. You go Heather!

Food that is good for you is provided at reasonable prices--makes healthy produce available to more people--organic produce at supermarkets is exclusively priced and most in community cannot afford to buy and eat it--here they have the opportunity to provide their families with produce that is good for them.

The Flagstaff Community Market allows growers/sellers to bring their produce to the community while reducing their carbon footprint. Concurrently the community supports local growers and enjoys healthy produce and good company on a regular basis. Great synergy!

The Flagstaff farmer's market is not only a feast of the senses, but it also an educational opportunity for our community to better understand the need to buy from local farmers (and organic too!).

There is nothing better than knowing where your food comes from. Supporting local growers makes environmental and economic sense. I have grown up with farmers markets being open every day throughout the summer so IÂ?m very thankful to Art and Heather Babbotts who are doing an excellent job in providing Flagstaff with access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and more: twice a week at two different locations!

Fresh food is the only way to go, and supporting the local community and economy is the best solution to build community relations and support for the farmers/vendors. The food is amazing and priced right. Everything is grown/made with love, and it shows.
Thank You Flagstaff Community Market.

For years we've been blessed with local produce and more to buy at Flagstaffs Community Market (which is located downtown). This year they have set up a Wednesday market at St. Pius on the east side of town which gives my neighborhood a option to easily get to the fresh produce at a cost we can afford and easy access for those of us on bikes and walking. Love that!! Thank you FCM!

It is a great place for the community to come together. There are lots of fresh veggies as well as yummy items such as baked goods, jams, pickles, tamales, and middle eastern delights. It caters to a diverse population of Northern Arizonans because many vendors accept vouchers from the WIC program. A great place to spend a weekend morning!
