Amazing beef raised by deeply kind-hearted people

We first bought 5 pounds of their ground beef at the Ellensburg farmers market and then we were hooked. The following week we put a deposit on a #25 box and eagerly waited for them to call us when when got it, we were amazed. We have had more ground beef and some rib steaks.

To begin the beef is a rich red color that makes most standard beef look pale. Unlike many grass-fed (or grass finished) beef available the meat was still sweet while developing the complex flavors that are lost with most grain finished beef. I felt like I was eating a gourmet meal. The way the smoky notes from the BBQ mingled with the delicate flavors in the fat of the beef created the perfect sauce that oozed from the steak. Each bite coated my mouth with it's juices. The flavor would linger and bring out more delicate noted in the other food. Their beef made the potatoes taste better and the salad wonderful.

Dan and Sarah are so grounded and a pleasure to be around. I look forward to finishing all 25 pounds and ordering more from them.

I lived in Seattle for 6 years and never knew they did free delivery. If I did, those grey Seattle winters would have been far more enjoyable.
