It's so nice to take a break in the middle of a stressful workday and look at all the beautiful produce (and buy some too)!

Because they provide fresh produce that are organically grown. The taste is great and the freshness is a plus. Also, friendly farmers make the shopping more pleasant.

Close to work makes shopping and lunch convenient. Ralph & Kathy's produce always fresh. Sherry's quiche is the best. Impossible not to eat it before I walk back to work. Love the variety of the vendors.

Providing fresh foods to an underserved community will benefit the health of many individuals. This is a great endeavor that will hopefully continue to grow and serve the community.

I can walk over to the market on my lunch break on Thursdays and leave with plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, cheeses, eggs, and local canned goods and interesting sauces. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, but I know where it is coming from and that I'm supporting the local agricultural economy. Also, the University of Louisville School of Public Health is always there is a smile, offering blood pressure checks and information.

The produce is great. The prices are reasonable. I love the fact there was crafts as well as food. The fruits and vegtables taste better than what I can by at the grocery.

It's an innovative location to provide an area of town with little access to fresh fruit and vegetables.

It is conveniently located off several bus routes in a neighborhood starving for a place to purchase nutritious food. It is located next to the hospitals providing high visibility to those who need the best nutrition in particular. Local items besides food are also available.

It is a collaborative effort between the University of Louisville and local farmers and extends its support to local businesses and residents. Operating hours are during the middle of the day allowing individuals who work an opportunity to make purchases on their lunch hours and during breaks. Mix economic development and university mission with consumer appreciation and the results are a win! win! win!

It is convenient to my place of work. Nice variety, good quality. Why is Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY)not included in the overall KY listing?
