We've been in the NMP meat CSA for at least two years now and are very happy with their meat, their family-focussed, sustainable farming philosophy. The CSA has a large number of options to choose from in terms of size (sm, med, full) and combinations (4 types, 3 types, chicken only, no pork, etc.). They also offer add ons for additional chicken, chicken convenience cuts (rather than just whole birds), bones (for humans or dogs), in-house produced cured meats (we LOVE LOVE LOVE their bacon!) and more, and they always bring eggs and extras (sausages, hotdogs, burgers) to have on hand for extra purchase on delivery day. If you get a full share their current prices put the average cost per lb of meat at $6.50 - amazing considering you regularly get more expensive cuts. On top of it all Anna and Brooks are lovely, thoughtful people who I have the utmost confidence in. I am so pleased we have found meat purveyors we trust SO much.

They're new. They've only been around about a year (as a CSA) and they're just working out the kinks. The meat is good; we especially like the pork and the eggs and the beef steaks. One dislike - always getting whole chickens. Would like to get cut-up one month and whole the next month. However, I expect they will change how they handle chickens. Two more slight problems - they don't track what they give you each month so you can end up with the same cuts of meat all the time and miss other cuts that you might like to have, and at our pick-up sight (late day) they frequently have run out of eggs for sale and we're left without.
All-in-all they are good and I'd suggest them to anyone who wants the extra nutrition of pastured chicken, beef, and pork.
