We actually received an insulated box of their cheese through the mail since we don't live near any stores that carry their cheeses. Despite spending days in transit, the cheeses where fresh and lasted another two months in our refrigerator! However they manage to package goat cheese and get it to last that long is great by me! We got an assortment of flavors, such as sundried tomatoes, spiced pepper, roasted garlic, plain chevre, and their feta. The chevres had great smooth texture, tangy and lite flavor, and were not overly salty like some goat cheeses tend to be. I wish I lived closer to Montana or a Whole Foods that carried their cheese. I have to say they were the best tasting chevres I have ever tried. I even turned some friends onto it who said they didn't like goat cheese!
