I bought 3 baby chicks off Eric 1 year ago. Every time I had a question about my chickens, Eric and his lovely wife Carrie have always taken their time to talk to me and answer all of my questions and concerns about my chickens. I admire what they have going and would HIGHLY recommend 24 Rivers to anyone who wants QUALITY food, livestock, and customer service.
Thanks again Eric and Carrie for your patience and help !!

We've been buying eggs for a few months now and recently started buying chickens. The quality and flavor is simply unmatched. We won't buy anything else now - even the "free range" items from the grocery stores. The healthy lifestyle of the birds really comes through in the taste of the eggs and meat.
Erik and Carrie are wonderful to work with as well. They willingly explain how their farm works and gave my children a tour. They are flexible in their schedule for pick ups, too.
I highly recommend Twenty-Four Rivers.

While cutting back on animal products in general, we've really enjoyed the eggs, pork, and just recently their CHICKEN. Wow, I just made the most flavorful chicken & dumplings with a lovely, lean whole chicken. If you were ever worried about tough or gamy meat from "free roaming", don't! Even I had seconds, & I'm the vegetarian in the house! I just can't see going back to supermarket birds for my family--dry, flavorless, & raised in battery cages. :( I love seeing the farm's birds, roaming free & pecking for critters. A happy healthy bird makes happy healthy food. :)

We have been blessed with the opportunity of enjoying the products of Carrie and Erik's hard work. What a fnd they have been. We started with the eggs and then a couple of chickens. WOW! We will not eat any other eggs or chickens . A couple of weeks ago we picked up our fresh pork and again it was totally awesome. Yesterday we picked up the smoked link sausage and bacon and with out any doubt the best that has ever passed over my old lips. These folks are so friendly and accomodating. We highly recommend Twenty-Four Rivers.

I've been eating their incredible eggs for months. Be it baking or breakfast, we refuse to cook with any other eggs.
I have a hard time even considering the meats in the local butcher shop now that I've tried the whole chickens, pork chops, pork roasts, plus homemade bacon and sausage at Twenty-Four Rivers.
The quality will truly spoil you.
Nice people, and healthy animals with plenty of room to roam.
Highly recommended!

We'd been looking for HEALTHY food for a while now, while wanting to support our local farmers. Found them through this site, and I'm hooked. There eggs are great and we just had our first chicken yesterday!!! The chicken was quality and very clean, but most of all, so juicy and tasty. Wonderful family that takes pride in their products and a real pleasure to deal with!!! .

I have been getting eggs and chicken from Eric for a few months now. So wonderful to work with and such great products. They are always fresh and always taste the best.
I would highly recommend them and they are easy to get too, just off the interstate. Looking forward to my first pork order in a few months!

There are a couple great features about Twenty-Four Rivers. One is that they are very conveniently located off I4, so if you're a Tampa Bay commuter out that way you can pick them up to/from work. Another nice thing is that you can see the chickens when you drive up. I'd estimate there were maybe 50 onsite when I went, in little groups of 10 or fewer. They had nice open air henhouses with fenced in runs so they can be "outside" but not at risk to predators. And of course most important - they are tasty eggs! It can take me 2-3 weeks to go through a dozen and this time we went through them in a weekend. Suddenly everyone wanted french toast, eggs benedict, etc with these tasty eggs. They are a little bit bigger than average with big beautiful yolks. I had to get more eggs from the store ("free range grain fed") and they seemed so puny in comparison.
