We respect and value how Greg and Janet Morse raise their animals, and just ordered another side of beef. Everything was smooth and easy, and we can't wait to have more flavorful, organic, 100% grass-fed beef in our freezer--plus soup bones, marrow bones, liver, and all the other healthy and delicious parts. We are happy to support people who are producing delicious food and stewarding the earth.

We ordered our Thanksgiving turkey, an American bronze, from Trail's End Organic Farm this year and will definitely be purchasing ours from them again next year. It had a completely different taste, texture and build than the turkeys we are used to, with incredible flavor. We also ordered some eggs and they had the deepest golden yolks that we've seen. We haven't tried the beef yet, but plan to in the future after our great experience! Highly recommended, and reasonably priced

We recently ordered a quarter beef (organic, grass-fed) from Trail's End Organic Farm. They were really wonderful to work with -- trusting, easy-going, accommodating, and friendly. It was convenient to communicate with Janet via email -- she is prompt to reply and provide pertinent information. The beef is delicious and lean -- and we are SO excited to be able to provide this superior, nutritious meat for our family at a fair price. Thank you, Trail's End -- we'll be back!

We ordered a side of beef from Janet and Greg in mid 2008. It was cut just the way we requested. We picked it up in at the Eureka Locker in Eureka, Illinois. We have been enjoying the beef ever since and expect to order again soon.

We have been getting the beef for many years. The taste reminds me of the beef my father grew when I was growing up on his farm many years ago. I guess his farm was "organic/natural" since Dad fed the cattle the grain he grew on the farm. I value the fact that I can trust Janet and Greg to deliver a product I KNOW is safe for me to eat. I ordered in the past and got out of the habit, but recently ordered again. I am very pleased with the quality and price of the beef and my meat loving husband and teenage sons are happy also. Janet will deliver to my home for a fair price, so I don't have to drive to Eureka or Putnam. I have also purchased her eggs when I had a delivery or through a friend who had a delivery and they are fabulous and very fairly priced!
