We have been lucky enough to have Kelly and Anna's yak meat a few times. Tis a favorite of ours and we highly recommend their wonderful meat.

We have used yak meat from the Rockn' K bar C Ranch for several years. It is very lean and flavorful. Has much better flavor than lean beef. Owners are very knowledgeble and helpful with recepies for meat. They are a pleasure to do business with.
