Carl Glanzman of Nishnabotna Naturals runs a beautiful, certified organic farm which produces the best salad greens ever! In addition to the lovely greens, he has all the regular fruits and vegetables of a kitchen garden as well as the wonderful treats his wife makes...apple butter, strawberry-rhubarb jam, other jams and syrups and salsas. If you manage to get in on their CSA, count yourself lucky!
