Our specialty is seasonal salad greens as supplied to top Omaha restaurants. Augmenting the offerings with jams, jellies, baked goods, dried, frozen, canned, pickled and cold stored produce, decorated Ukrainian eggs, quilts, quilt square barn symbols and wooden toys. Providing fresh cut flowers, rare Jack in the Pulpit plants, iris, trees, shrubs and curly willow sprigs for the floral trade. Nursery stock includes ornamentals, seedless winter-hardy grape vines, raspberry canes, strawberry starts and juvenile blueberry and aronia berry plants. All organically produced, with certification as Organic Fruit and Vegetable Producer by State of Iowa Dept. of Agriculture and Land Stewardship. Synthetic chemical free, synthetic fertilizer free and non-GMO heirloom seed used exclusively.
