I consider myself a native New Englander, and I take my roots seriously. Living in Colorado for the last ten years, the roots vegetables are just not the same... During a late autumn vacation back east, I was fortunate enough to pick up a few pounds of turnips, carrots, garlic and shallots, from Garen's Greens at Riverside Farm and fly them back to the Rocky Mountains. (I am certain someone from TSA grabbed a turnip!) - My household has officially been served and I shall continue to plan my trips back home for the best of harvest which appears to be almost year round with Garen! Thank you for taking our bellies home!!

This man grows the best greens and tomatoes on the East Coast! Seriously, I'm living in Orlando, FL and wish desperately that I could be part of this CSA. You will fall in love with Garen's greens too! Then you'll try his tomatoes and be blown away even more!
