We actually visited the farm prior to purchasing and were greeted by Butch who took us on a tour with our daughter and her family. We eventually shared a cow with our daughter and have been enjoying the delicious meat that the farm produces. I would unreservedly recommend the products of this farm to anyone.You can taste the difference between this meat and store bought. The animals are treated humanely and I was particularly impressed by Butch's statement that he doesn't raise cows, he raises grass. Because that's what it is all about. As with humans, the statement "we are what we eat" is true.
