Chris and the whole family at Plum Creek Garlic provide excellent service and high quality product. I've never had to wait long to get a response to even my most esoteric of garlic questions, and I know the responses come from a knowledgeable source as Chris works closely with researchers at the University of Minnesota regarding soil studies and other topics affecting garlic health.

I help out at this farm every year, with either the harvest or planting. The farm is beautiful, the garlic is delicious, and the owners are wonderful. They care about serving the local community first, and have many helpers in the area. They also care about sustainability, and treat the land and plants with respect, so that future generations can enjoy their land. I don't hesitate to help out, or to recommend their garlic to anyone.
