I have been purchasing pork, lamb, beef and eggs from Pigasso since they first opened.

Everything is of exceptional quality and the Kitchen's are wonderful people to deal with who truly LOVE what they do and do it wonderfully.

I can't recommend them enough and if you are in the area and haven't tried them yet you are REALLY missing out!!!

I stopped into Pigasso Farms this past weekend for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The quality and variety of cuts of meat.....poultry, beef, pork and lamb, better any market in the area, and all are pasture fed. Be careful pulling in as it's quite possible you may be running over next weeks chicken dinner. Best of luck Robert!

I purchased a lamb for Easter and bacon too at the farmstand at Pigasso farms. The owner Robert was very helpful and gave me ideas for soups and stews to make with some of his other products. The lamb I made for Easter came out awesome! Everyone loved it. It was tender and tasted great. I made bacon the morning of Easter for breakfast and to top my devilled eggs with and it was so much better than over processed store bought bacon. Cant wait to make the country style ribs in the crock pot!
